"What have I learned about working in groups over the course of the semester, and about how I work with groups?"


For my experiences : i learned how to apply process of working group in theory into practice.

1. Defining goals ( it can be long term as " project kiem an" or short term as " mapping developing ...")
2. Sharing ideas ( ideas could be from any member in F5, 
3. Assigning task ( for working group ex" Project Kiem an" we break the big one into small task to make it easier for finishing 
4. Checking and Feedback and Improving ( sometimes we do project got alot of trouble ex: interview, translation.. but finally with efforts of all mems it's almost done )

For my interaction :For F5

1. face to face : for discussion and solve big deals i like this one because i can listen and talk alot and understanding >
2.  phone : for something very quick, " where r u emily, Vi?" Wait me in D11 building!
3. email : for reminding task . Have you done translation? When we do the next interview?

Pathway to Phnom Penh (Đường đến Phnom Penh)

HHK chiến thắng. a pathway to Phnom Penh


This competition is open to all students at Universities in Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. It's 2 months since we have applied for this competition. . we know this is kind of dynamic competition, but we want to challenge ourself and find the way to Phnom Penh for free and that's reason we want to be in top 10 of the most feasible ideas for Business and GO

To prepare for this competition i grouped 2 others friends from HANU and we launched an accident idea that comes from Gerard's class, thank to lessons about development especially topic developing and developed  which flashed across my mind " using effectively compensation in land acquisition of farmer" and then "XE OM service" was launched

“Xe om” service expects to satisfy and customize the demand of customers in transportation by motorbike at best cost. Also, In regard of missions, this business brings many works for people who have not had the means of saving life. Particularly, farmers in almost cities of developing countries who have transferred their farming land to of private business sectors ( according to the government landing policy) and have no any academic degrees in hand. As consequence, they lose the means of saving life. Instead of letting them living on the compensation in land acquisition, this business involves them in producing benefits for the society.....
 it's just main part of our idea and question for that WHAT? HOW? and FOR WHOM ? which is very long story. just state here when we've got the result from judges


And, the most important lesson that i learnt from that " hãy bắt đầu  từ những gì xung quanh mình trước khi nghĩ đến gì xa hơn"

Mặc dù cuộc thi chưa có kết quả nhưng tôi chúc cho nhóm tôi sẽ chiến thắng và điều quan trọng nhất là chúng tôi đã chiến thắng chính bản thân mình khi tham gia cuộc thi này

Lesson at Weekend

Yamaha factory located : NoiBai Industrial Zone - Soc Son District -Hanoi
It takes more than one hour on van to go there.
I've got chances to go some industrial zone in Hai Phong where my sisters worked there. Haiphongers is too familiar with " cái tên Normura" which is kind of industrial Zone in HP engage in producing robots, electronic components, paper, processing adornments and so forth.We understand that after graduation from high school have some choices : one go to University if passing exams, otherwise will go to factories or apprenticeship. both my 2 sisters have experiences working there, because they can't go to Uni . One work on factory produce in candy, other work on Textile.. my villagers usually make a joke " học dốt thì đi lấy chồng Hàn Quốc đi ko thì lại về Nomura làm thoi " . Yeah for someone it's true!.

As the guy at Yamaha said:  labor workforces here are almost young, they don't need special requirement just graduated from high school will be accepted. Yes for agreement
but i guess reason for young labor force here is high turnover rate. Perhaps it's something inside of company they don't want to public that can affect to image of Yamaha chăng? :-/

i remember my sister worked at factory when she was at the age of 20. but not fully 2 years she quited the job. with reasons : low salary ( from 1tr-2tr), vất vả ( she have to work shift, it's hard), bored job because of feature of specialization
My sister said working there to get experiences and build relationship, and get $ for paying extra class as apprenticeship and she i will looking for other job better. It's likely the reason for someone else want to stick with job

Just question outside of topics for my personal dream after graduation

• Where should i work? factory, farm, office, service... or entrepre
• Uhm` :-/ after 22 years thinking finally i've got answer : i don't know :))

Central VN : Flooding and Typhoon Magi

As the central provinces from Quang Binh to Nghe An , Ha Tinh have yet to recover from the recent major flooding, new disaster has struck at stronger force. This time floods hit too fast, people can not react, they just stay home , climb on the rooftop or even on the trees and wait relief committee. When i saw on news, they said  the new flood is the worst the provinces had experienced in the last 100 years. It's really bad, people here are poor already and now get worse.

 The whole district of Huong Khe, Ha Tinh ( the hometown of my friend Nam)  has been covered with water. The lives of thousands of people are at risk. I'm sure that includes Nam's relatives one . When i'm here and  write about this. suddenly recall me a lot about the last year my classmates had been here. This is the poor area when we visit Nam's cousin houses and wanna go on beach ,mean of transport here not much like Hanoi, so it's really hard to have some motorbikes, we have to go around the village to borrow. Some local people thought we are the foreigners and say " hello and wave" we just feel interesting. I still remember the story Nam's cousin tell us about flooding and storm season. It's scare her a lot, especially when most of her children are not in home because they are studying in Hanoi or working there, just only her in house. When it's heavy rain or storm sweep over here, she's alone inside to prevent dangerous things could  make injury and move necessary  stuffs  in higher position and wait water down. Of course, it's no more rice on fields if floods remain in long days.  

And my question for her why people here not much build nice and solid houses?

Part of reason from storms and flood happen every rainy season.

  But now, tomorrow or the day after, when typhoon Magi  ( sieu bao) come closer and hit to Vietnam what will happen?

Đặc trưng riêng thảm họa xuất hiện mọi lúc, mọi nơi không kể gì VN, có khi đó là sóng thần, có khi là núi lửa hay động đất, bão... Nhưng tất cả rồi cũng sẽ qua đó dường như là nhưng quy luật muôn đời của tự nhiên rồi, có khi nào người vùng lũ họ sẽ nghĩ rằng đây cũng là một thách thức mới nằm trong quy luật hàng năm họ sẽ trải qua? Tôi tin họ sẽ vượt qua và lại đem cuộc sống trở lại yên bình như tính vỗn có của nó.!!!

Look at the pics above, a cow died because it can not run away from flood. it's sad at the moment but will have others born and grow as the natural law, like the people live in flood area, it can make them get worse this time but i believe after that they will overcome and bring the peaceful life back.

3 ngày mình được nghỉ kèm them 1 chuỗi sự kiện làm mình gần cảm thấy gần như ngạt thở. Mùa thu se lạnh các bạn từ quê HP lên chơi nhân dịp Đại lễ. Theo 1 bản kế hoạch đầy thú vị nhưng ko cái nào RUN,nực cười thay lý do chỉ vì Đại lễ mọi thứ xung quanh dường như đảo lộn.
Trước hôm mấy thằng bạn thân ỏ quê lên menh` bị xe máy nó húc cho một cái bay cả cái móng, tự nhiên thành xi cà que. Nhưng vẫn hành động

         Ngày đầu tiên dự kiến cả nhóm đi Bơi rồi tối ra bờ Hồ chơi. 2h chiều quần áo chuẩn bị kĩ càng, go lên đường đi lòng vòng qua vài tuyến xe bus rồi xuống xe đợi kon xe 33 đi, 15 phút ko, 30 phút ko thấy, thôi thêm 30 phút nữa lại càng ko, trên đường Thái Hà càng lúc cang đông, đông đến nỗi cả bọn nhìn thấy sợ quá ko còn muốn đi  thêm nữa. Chém gió cũng đã mệt, may sao hôm đó co Mít đặc đi chơi cùng, vì Mít đâu đó cũng là fan của swimming, nên cái khoản này nhạy lắm. mọi người quyết định chuyển ngay sang kế hoạch đi bờ Hồ. bon chen tới Tràng Tiền thưởng thức cái gọi là Văn Hóa đường phố ăn bánh đa cua trộn cay cay. đứng dậy tính tiền mà cũng cay xè nước mắt. ôi 1000 TL " cái giá ".
Trời se lanh thôi cả bọn quyết định ăn cái kem cho ấm bụng. rồi lấy sức tàu lượn quanh bờ hồ, mình ko phủ nhận cái đẹp của ngày đại lễ, đường sạch hơn, nhiều đèn, mọi thứ nhìn rất cool nhưng ôi nóng quá, ngạt quá vì ko người ở đâu mà đông quá. Cả bọn chém gió với Mít đã mệt quyết đinh rút nhìn đồng hồ giờ là 8h tối đi lang thang từ Tràng Thi vòng ra Ngô Quyền tìm xe cho Mít về Hanu mất khoảng 1 tiếng ko có kết quả. tiếp tục đi bộ qua Trần Hưng Đạo ô may quá nó đây rồi, chạy qua thật đấy nhưng ko cho lên. Tiếp tục ra Bà Triệu bắt về Giải Phóng, chờ từ 9h tới 10h ko thấy cái xe bus nào. Tiếp tục đi bộ ra Giải Phóng bắt xe về Văn Điển, tính ra quãng đường đi bộ ko nhỏ hơn 15km . trên đường đi bộ học được of Mít bài hát thú vị
"Có đứa trẻ nằm trong cái nôi treo  trên cây, gió thổi  nó bay bay, rồi rơi xuống đất thấy hay hay, sau đó 1 lúc nó lăn quay". ko biêt bài này là hát theo thể loại gì nữa :-/

Tiếp tục câu chuyện cười cả đội chờ xe bus 08 về Văn Điển, bây giờ đã là 11h hơn, nhưng nghe có một bạn gái nhiệt tình chút bảo 11h30 là chuyến cuối cùng cả bọn mệt quá thôi biết làm sao, lại đợi, nhưng kết quả là ko có 1 cái xe nào, cả bọn lại quyết đinh bắt Taxi gọi lên nó kêu hết xe 7 chỗ đợi tiếp. ôi thôi ko thể đợi hơn nữa . Cái ngủ mày ngủ cho ngoan, mệt quá rồi cả bọn bon chen lên cái xe taxi 4 chỗ chật nhưng mà vui đến lỗi anh tài xế định skip nhưng đã chấp nhận kẹp 6 ,  mình  với Emily ngồi cùng 1 cái ghế nhỏ đúng vưà 4 cái đùi nhưng ko để được mông ko đóng được cửa, đành phải nép sang phía anh tài xế ngồi. Mít lúc này gặp Kon Gà mới lên lại chém nhiệt tình. Vẫn câu quen thuộc " Chào anh, anh bao nhiêu tuổi, em tên là Mít, còn anh tên gì... blah blah blah =)) "

Về đến nhà hơn 12 rưỡi, ăn cơm thôi nghỉ lấy sức mai lại đi nào, Mình phải đưa Mít và Hanu mai còn đi gặt nữa. mệt quá ko thể đi chậm được mình vít lên gân 8 chục cây đi như bay cảm giác thật sướng. Vòng về nhà đã là 2h hơn

Ngày thứ hai. cho cả bọn ở nhà tự sướng thích đi đau di. mình đi gặt ôi sáng mới có 5 rưỡi đã phải dậy  vì 6h30 cả đội đã phải lên đường. Đông Anh thẳng tiến ( cont'd )

Frisbee - GAME from Mít đặc

Frisbee after Emily show me from she on Skype in America even she brings it to VN ,so i am not likely remember the name of this game until write it down and repeatedly =)) i'm crazy, perhaps this game is not available in VN and almost strange with me . Frisbee is a gentle name, but it turns to be so competitive as the soccer game here. That's a point which create an interesting thing i like it

Học Frisbee không khó lắm, người chơi không cần phải dịch chuyển nhiều chỉ việc quan sát vị trí ném của bạn chơi mình sau đó chạy, đón và bắt. Điều quan trọng là chưa thấy mệt
Cái khó ở trò chơi này là kĩ thuật ném và bắt cái này về cơ bản cũng giống như các môn thể thao khác muốn chơi tốt không còn cách nào khác là phải thực hành nhiều
Mình đã có 2 lần chơi theo team luật chơi cũng khá đơn giản như khi chơi đá bóng . Mỗi bên chia làm hai đội. cả 2 lần chơi đều ko giới hạn số lượng người tham gia. có 1 vạch ở một bên và đó được coi như khung thành của mỗi đội, không có thủ môn như chơi đá bóng nhưng mọi người trong đội sẽ học cách bảo vệ " khung thành" của mình. Cái này vui va` rất mệt đấy ^ ^
 Khi bạn có Frisbee trong tay, không được di chuyển tiếp mà đứng tại vị trí đó truyền nó cho đồng đội của mình
get 1 SCORE (ghi điểm) khi đội bạn có một member đứng dưới vạch của đối phương bắt được Frisbee.

Game over when you are supper tired and say out loud. " hey some minutes left for it" and take a break ( it's not Frisbee rule =))  just our rule)

Tết Trung Thu. Ôi Nhớ

Đã bao cái Tết Trung Thu rồi mình không còn được nếm chiếc bánh Trung Thu cùng gia đình nữa, nhớ cái ngày mình vào Đại Học vậy là cũng được tròn 4 năm rồi... 4 năm ko còn cảm nhận rõ cái mui vị Tết của thiếu nhi này nữa, phải chăng mình đã " Gia huyền Già " . Tự nhiên ngồi đây trẻ con múa sư tử mình lại nhớ cái cảm giác trước trung thu, mấy anh em cùng xóm tối nào ăn cơm xong 7h tụ tập trên quán bà Lăng "múa tập" cái nóng, mùi mồ hôi, tiếng trống, đôi khi là tiếng cãi nhau và cảm giác vui vui  âu đó cũng chỉ vì một lí do đơn giản là Trung Thu sắp đến rồi

Một cái đầu sư tử làm nhanh mất khoảng 1 tuần dụng cụ để làm nó gồm nhiều thứ sắt, giấy, tre, sơn, dây, hồ dán .. mỗi một thành viên trong đội có nhiệm vụ chuẩn bị một thứ, làm sư tử cái khó nhất là uốn cái sừng sao cho đẹp và cái này thường dùng sắt để uốn, còn lại đều dùng băng tre gọt tỷ mỷ không khác gì mấy khi làm diều ^ ^

Ngày xưa cũng có thể là mải tập trung vào việc đi các nhà múa sư tử rồi xin tiền nên có lẽ bọn tôi quên mất là trung thu trẻ con cũng có quyền như ai, được ở nhà ba mẹ trong và các bác trong xóm tổ chức buổi liên hoan mời tụi trẻ con ra phá cỗ. Hồi đó bọn chúng tôi đã lựa chọn nói không với những cái bánh dẻo ngon ngon ngọt ngọt nhưng không đủ sức hút đó :D và 5h chiều đi học về ăn cơm nhanh chóng 6h cả đội tập trung phân việc và tiếp tục cuộc hành trình của mình rồi. Nhớ âm thanh tiếng trống ngày ấy, mùi dầu hỏa từ cây đuốc, những chiếc mặt lạ rồi những kỉ niệm vui lúc vào nhà ai nuôi chó dữ nó đuổi cả đội chạy tóe khói, con nào hăng đuổi theo là cho ăn cục đá không thì dọa cho ăn củ giềng ngay

Vui nhất là vào những nhà nào hào phóng cho nhiều tiền mà lại không có cổng, cả đội nhiệt tình múa tặng thêm cho 1 bài nữa. Hồi đó chỉ cầm tờ 2k trong tay sung sướng lắm rồi, vì cứ theo đà này 3 ngày góp lại anh em lương cũng khá đây chưa kể đến lậu là được bonus mấy cái bánh dẻo, ca nâu... tất nhiên đôi khi cũng phải cạnh tranh để giành giật được nó bởi vì đâu phải chỉ có 1 đội của chúng tôi đến múa có khi một nhà có 5 đội xếp hàng lúc này chủ nhà sẽ cho tiền đội nào sư tử to múa đẹp có khi là còn phụ thuộc vào Trư Bát Giới  " dẻo xin tiền"

Ngày cuối cùng( ngày 15) cũng là ngày đông vui nhất  gia đình nào mà khất hôm 13,14 chưa cho hôm nay quay lại đều cho hết có khi họ hứng lên vứt tờ màu đỏ đỏ 10k . ôi sung văn sướng. ngày này chúng tôi không đi xa mà chỉ quanh thôn rồi  đến khoảng 9h cả đội lên Huyện Đoàn xem múa sư tử trao giải tât nhiên  là rất đông trẻ con người lớn đững xem múa biểu diễn chuyên nghiệp. cái này vui nhất khi được nhìn thấy họ ngoặm phần thường từ trên cao.

Khi mọi người tan chúng tôi thu dọn chiến lợi phẩm và mang toàn bộ mọi thứ ra quán bà Lăng chuẩn bị đốt, cả đầu sư tử, đuốc, mặt nạ... không để lại cái gì trừ tiền thưởng vì mọi người nghĩ rằng nếu để lại sang năm sau sẽ rất xúi quẩy, rồi sau đó hát hò và  công đoạn cuối cùng hồi hộp mong đợi và ý nghĩa nhât là "chia tiền". Số tiền chia cũng tùy theo chúng tôi xin được nhiều hay ít.Một đội từ 10 đến 15 mems trung bình là 80k năm nhiều nhất hơn 100k và tiền này thường thường chúng tôi sẽ tiêu một ít còn lại đều phải gửi vào tài khoản of má hết =)) cũng đơn giản là chỉ vì lý do mẹ muốn giữ tiền hộ bọn tôi để chờ đến hội chùa Hàm Long

Hồi trước còn dùng blog 360 độ mỗi dịp này tôi đều dành bài blog viết tự sướng một mình vì đơn giản những ngày này mình ko về nhà phá cỗ cùng gia đình được thì chỉ còn cách bỏ tiền mua bánh về chiến thôi và cũng đã qua cái tuổi được người khác cho rồi giờ là đến lân mình đi cho người khác...

Mọi thứ bây giờ cũng khác rồi nhưng đâu vẫn còn một thứ ko bao giờ thay đổi đó là cái không khí náo nhiệt ngày Tết thiếu nhi cho dù ở đâu đi nữa nhưng ngày 15, cứ ngẩng mật lên trăng thì sẽ lại ngạc nhiên.

Experiences

Start a new week and we are waiting for 4 days off school. it's great! and it makes me have a lot of motivation to finish the left task of our group. Let's go Linh Dam ahead.

KDT Linh Dam

Located : Hoang Mai urban district, Southern of Hanoi capital

at 12pm after having a quick lunch we prepared motorbikes and  every people are already for mapping
It takes 15 minutes to go to Linh Dam by motorbike, Enemit and me in one run quickly and pass along a bridge which are on being construction with a lot of dust

But after we go deeply inside of Linh Dam. wow it's so nice with a big lake surround, fresh air, high building and few people street vendors

This time everything seems to finish quicker because we just sit on motorbikes and go around and ask people
i remembered the starting point is " key maker" which available much along on street.
while waiting Katie draw the map we met one strange guy . i don't know why but he approached Katie asked " what are you looking for? where ... " after few sentences i recognized oh" bad guy". he pretended to touch on Katie hey` i'm sure Katie also knew that and we use one of 36 stratagems " u` te' quyên` " . done! ha ha
 we drive back to the a park ( i like it) and find a lot of stuffs here and don't forget mapping.
 turn left and go to find out 3 last things , elementary school, police office and sport newspaper shop.
Oh` hot weather i feel craving thirsty with a drink at the moment sound good! Tao Pho' over there.

But Phuong said " Tao Pho*' is good for female j` j` do'..., and something i don't know because of new word, and it will decrease the hormone of male "  kaka i never heard before.  it is a treasure of male not easily to be stolen :))
perhaps it steals the hormone of male and give for female for love :-? just guessing

Ngon wa'. and we don't forget asking Tao Pho woman about post office to find sport newspaper and it not far much from seat we are taking rest

LINH DAM , nice view ( the lake, park )! not much street vendors -> clean street, lot of big apartment high building,  seems this places for mid-class and high-class live into. but i have no impression with local people here
i got 2 comparisons between 2 places that i experienced

• Ho Linh Quang : not much nice for living narrow and air populated, but the people sticks together and feel warmly 
• KDT Linh Dam : nice view and peaceful  street , a lot of high building... fresh air but feel people here live separately and look they just care about job, working  rather than enjoy life  

That's just my point of view i don't know it's true or not with others
If give me chance to live here, it's a nice place i need consider again :-"

Our group are all already and decided places for meeting and after that starting our journey to Linh Quang lake
 from HANU we just took 15' on a bus 02 and got off at Van Mieu ( Temple of Literature). We got around and  asked an police quickly " Anh ơi! Hồ Linh Quang có gần đây không ?" He warmly told us how we can get there but after that he said " way from here to there, it's so zigzagging, be careful! Lost and thieves" .we don't forget say "cam' on anh" , and keep going with hand stick on bag tightly to prevent rubbers ;)
After leaving Van Mieu, luckily we met a kind people, she went with us pointed how to get Linh Quang by fast, safe way.
Finally we came there and Vĩ  found some places around and we just moved and mapped together.
near Linh Quang has a market. it's not big but enough for us to find a cigarette, oil cooking.... it's great due to our task is going to finish  \m/
However, when our task only has some things need map ( police office to report crime, knife sharpened, key making, ) ha ha . we got some confusing and fun here

As usual we asked some local people here, " excuse me! could you help me to find the police office near around here? I don't know much, but after that perhaps because of "word of mouth" from 2 people tell others and they look at us with eyes pitiful!!! and one lady enthusiastically volunteer to and insist  to help us come directly to police office. We difficultly must  make them calm down by our kidding way " Mr Vĩ wants to be ur son in law " :)) haha because she said she has a pretty daughter need marry and maybe she " bồ kết" him in the first look. Luckily we succeed



One more things when we asked them how to find the place to sharpen knife. some one they wonder" why we ask about knife and key . o' o` (:-?) and they think us have some intangible thing here, and suspect us as crime or bad guys or sth like that. and problem to be more serious and to avoid that. " tốt nhất là chuồn đi thôi" and we are quickly out of there

Finally, we finished all things and have some drinks together and contribute to project " Kiem An" with alot of ideas, and we all feel happy even a bit tired .but good results !!!  I like it and like the way all members work in team because we are "Fantastic Nam"

if i can choose place to live, Ho Linh Quang is not my choice. because it seems too crowed people in very small space like this. and much building construction that cause Linh Quang lake has lost its natural view

 That is reason i love this story and his job. I found the match between his thought and mine. when i was studying at high school, i am interested in joining the army as a regular soldier due to some reason my dream was not be  done. 
Studying at Hanu for 4 years many things have changed and i have got the new intention for my future but i'm not sure i can find the job which chooses me and i love it or not!!! :-S .
because of facing with variety of recruiting requirement, big competitors ..so, among choosing one job which can help u get enough money for daily life and one satisfies your ambition but u can't pay rent for housing... on and on. it takes consideration

Let's back with driver's story, in his story mentions other which really attract reader by funny telling way. this is some main point make me be impressive

• sticks with job more than 10 years, working environment like military organization with many rules -> challenges
• serve or deliver goods for abundant of customer include good,bad and crazy one 
• he is sick it does not mean sick, he tries hang out and does every things he can to not actually work -> good strategy :))
• his comment about manager ( bad guy), supervisor ( just functional) and other drivers ( nice and decent..) -> sensitive observation and behavior
• escape from huge obstacles : chased by dogs or thieves, accidents, sprained ankles...
• enjoy time with dildos and lots of porno which he delivers, open, check it out , see what is it and laugh about it. In addition, get the invitation from lots divorced women -> make me recall Vietnamese proverb " Trai truong` lai' gai' truong` y " :)) haha

Maybe having other interesting details but i can not remember all

for 10 years with job surely he still got a lot of things wanna share if this book can leave for him more than 5 pages i think it will be really cool  :D kaka

It's about 21 years ago when alot of Vietnamese people were celebrating to Vietnamese Independent Day   , one guy is enthusiastically out of a "strange pack" to involve in this special day. it's really one of unforgettable time, but that guy can't remember anything :D . that guy named Khuong, was born in Hai Phong city where Vietnamese people commonly call by so cute name is " thành phố Hoa Phượng Đỏ"
And now we move on our main topic " job"
Question? why "job"
Answer: oh` Simple! our project named " Kiem an"

When you see this food "steamed rolled rice pancake" you will understand that job i wanna to mention here!!!
          " when sun sets, it's also time " kiem an" of my family "
                 everyday, every night and non-stop
Starting time : Summer 5pm - 9am, Winter 9pm-7am
Labour: include in member in my family
Preparing process:

• put rice in water about 5 or 6 hours
• slide and chop the dry onion 
• grind rice into flour  like this 

• add more special stuff in water-flour ( traditional secret) 
• need a big steam boiler, a " khuôn" " vành" one pipe one thin staff, one big can of oil
• need one flat basket, some leaves of banana ..

I started when i was studying at secondary school. at that time all member in my family specialize for quicker
i just do " grind rice in flour with water" manually not machine. oh` it's supper tired

                   let's see the image above you will imagine my task at that time ( nhà mình vẫn còn cái này )
Normally when family receive more booking purchase from customers. we should be happy but more purchase more time stick with " coi xay" hix hix  that's the reason i rarely feel happy with it
to finish grind rice i've started from 5pm to 9pm sometimes over midnight.
 it has no problem because the backbone of job is

• spread flour to make "steamed rolled rice pancake"  ( job of dad and sister)

• apply cooking oil on the face of rolled cake ( job of mum)

Phu` :-" it seems so long to tell all of steps, so i just wanna to show very basic thing. to make a good CAKE, it depends much about how much people have skillful with hand to do

When i was entered into High School, my dad has trouble in health, he can't wake all night to do and just have only my sister with part of job i can't leave her alone and from teaching of dad , in very short time i'm to be very professional in " trang' banh' " and i kept do it when i went to University

for more than 5 years sticks with it i've got a lot of changing feeling include " vui and buồn, bực, giận hài hước... story"

you know i remember one day as usual . i start making "rolled cake" . the weather is supper hot > 35oC and i had to sit to the next oven .  my leg and sister's one changed from yellow skin into brown one 

i don't know it's effect of global warming or not because at that time i don't care much about this issues. i just wanna oh` why is not winter ( because winter is cold i feel better)

AND, in hot season when all my neighbors fall as sleep. space seems to be silent and after " buon chuyen" with my Mum both of us feel sleepy as well even though we're doing, i can't against my eyes and most of things around now is vague . suddenly  from my leg i feel wet wet :))) haha start and wake up i look back OHHHHHHH my MUM with sleeping- eyes  is using a spoon to apply cooking oil on me.

That's very one of my funny story about our night-life

If i can tell in Vietnamese i think i will have more things to say , but my English seems to be limited, some how it's hard for my sharing. it's fun will turn to be not :)

i love my family and wanna bring a very small corner about my life in this story  but i am afraid of too long . i need go studying and feel sleepy :P
